Bittersweet

     a bittersweet, ups and downs, rainbows and storms, sunshine and rain. As I woke up on the 29th day of August 2023, it didn't sink in that I am already in Grade 10, that I  am already an "Ate" to my fellow students who are in Grades 9, 8, and 7 lastly what I thought more is that some my classmate back in Grade 9, will not be my classmate this school year anymore. Honestly, I had a hard time adjusting to my new environment, it was cold like there was an ice barrier between all of us.  I remember back then my first week of Grade 10, I was so afraid to recite on our different subjects, thinking that my answer was wrong but it was the right one.
