third wave

Another roller coaster ride has come to an end. It was so fast that I never thought I would welcome another chapter of this book again. Before I close my 3rd chapter of this S.Y 2023-2024, let’s talk about my experiences on how I danced with the waves brought by this quarter.

In our ICT, performing the HTML Tables, Frames, and Lists on the notepad was what I learned. The truth is, I am not really into programming; it’s not my forte, but when I did the hands-on activities given to us, I enjoyed making them. There were troubles while making those but, thanks to my seatmate and ma’am Eve who always taught me to fix those.

On our hard-core subjects like Basic Electronics, Science, Math, English, and Research, it may be hard to keep up sometimes, but I know I am improving in dealing with these. Honestly, our lessons in Math this quarter excited me. 3rd quarter Science lessons got my heart because I am into Biology. In Basic Electronics, sometimes it's hard to understand the concept but when you truly have the heart to get and understand the point, I swear you’ll keep up. In Research, our lessons were about Research and Statistics. It was not merely numbers because it was full of words too. Lastly, in English, the lessons were fun. There were times that I could relate to the poems flashed on the screen or pasted on the board.

Moreover, in preparation for the completion rights, we went to a studio to take graduation pictures in our uniform and also in casual wear. Everything was so fun that I forgot we only had two months left to enjoy our Junior High school phase before entering a new door offered by the world, the Senior High school.

Just like the past quarters, this quarter pushed me to my extent. From the four-walled room, going to the field, to the gymnasium, and back to the four-walled room again. Tiring right? The chances of giving up were high but luckily, I didn’t and I was able to survive with learnings in my mind and memories in my heart. And if life permits me to choose what waves I would like to dance with once more, I would choose these.
